HOW TO GET STARTED
At Community Catholic Center, we walk alongside families in the Portland and West End neighborhoods of Louisville who want their children to attend Catholic school. Whether you're just starting to explore your options or you're ready to enroll, we're here to guide you through the process.
STEP ONE
Explore Our Partner Schools
Community Catholic Center partners with 18 Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Louisville. Each school offers a unique environment, curriculum, and culture. We encourage you to consider what’s most important for your child’s education—whether that’s class size, academic programs, extracurriculars, or location.
Take time to explore multiple schools and visit their campuses if possible. We’re happy to share insights and answer questions as you narrow down the best fit for your child.
STEP 2
Enroll at a Partner School
Once you’ve selected a school, we recommend beginning the enrollment process right away. Catholic schools often have limited space, and enrolling early gives your child the best chance of securing a spot.
We’re here to support you through this process if you have questions about paperwork, deadlines, or next steps.
STEP 3
Apply for Tuition Assistance
To be eligible for tuition assistance—from CCC and other sources—you must complete the FACTS tuition assistance application used by all Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Louisville.
This application helps determine financial need based on your household information. CCC does not offer full tuition coverage, but we work with families to make Catholic education more affordable. All parents are expected to contribute toward tuition in some capacity.
Need help with the FACTS application? We’re happy to walk you through it.
