Katrina Grunzinger: Social Emotional Learning Coordinator

Katrina Grunzinger holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master’s degree in Psychology. She is a certified School Counselor in the state of Kentucky with extensive experience supporting students and families across K–12 and higher education settings.

Throughout her career, Katrina has served as an Accessibility Advisor and Director of Student Success and Retention at the college level, as well as a High School Counselor. Since 2022, she has worked as the Social Emotional Learning Coordinator at Community Catholic Center, where she focuses on fostering emotional wellness, resilience, and student growth.

Katrina is passionate about helping young people develop the skills, confidence, and support systems they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in building meaningful relationships with students and families.
